The aim of the project was to provide an as-built model of the process plant for further design works by the end client.

Certain environmental problems had to be factored into the execution of scanning. With mine operations continuing during the onsite scan phase, significant atmospheric pollutants in the form of dust were generated which needed to be managed through strategic placement of equipment, weather monitoring and shift considerations.
